Allison received her degree in Business Administration & Marketing from Binghamton University, moving from New York to Washington, D.C. to begin her career. After years of working as a recruiter for small businesses, she uses her experience in published writing and staffing to create and oversee all recruiting materials for our clients.

Mary Means, Financial Advisement

After attending Virginia Commonwealth University for Nursing, Mary decided to pursue a career path in business operations. Her desire to help others led her into financial management where she assists small companies in budgeting and security. At SiS, she oversees all client recruiting expenses and allocation.
